Plagiarized from some website: "Tryptophan can be found in turkey, chicken, milk, cheese, fish, eggs, tofu, soy, sesame and pumpkin seeds, nuts, peanuts, and peanut butter."

Tryptophan is also an amino acid precursor to serotonin, i.e. your body's natural Prozac, so it makes you happy. And sleepy. So for thanksgiving this year, lets have tofusoyturkey and chicken, with fish covered in cheese, sesame seeds, nuts and peanut butter. Don't forget the glass of milk.

Ostriches or Ostrichi are very mean, and smelly, i know i've met a few of them, and i'll tell you i'd rather eat one of them than a lame turkey any day! Ostrich tastes similar to beef, and i think with out the sleepy after effects. The only problem with Ostrich is they meat too expensive, mmm hmm. However, for all your ostrich needs start here.

first of all, you are a lifesaver! i had forgotten that my favorite scruffy, quick-witted brit was going to be on the telly tonight. so thanks for the reminder. seriously. saved my life.

oh yes, and about Pride and Prejudice...I saw it during my internet furlough. While I am an awfully big fan of The Colin Firth, and it wasn't the same without him...I did still enjoy it because it is still Pride and Prejudice. different. much faster. good. And I don't know if mike would be cheered up by mr. darcy. i really think he's more of a bingley man.
