My week of Yuletide freedom and idleness

I’ve successfully spent three days relaxing. This is quite an accomplishment for me. I haven’t even felt particularly guilty for not doing any homework during these three glorious days. What I have done is finished The Chronicles of Narnia, Vanity Fair, and The Man Who Was Thursday. Now I’m planning to go to the market and get fixings for black bean soup-Ya’ll can come over on New Year’s Eve (that’s December 31st) between 2 and 6pm (+/- 30 minutes each way) if you’d like some soup and new years treats. We don’t have anything fantastic planned for the rest of the evening. Maybe Gina really will throw a Karaoke-rific party. Email me at my regular person email address for details. Hopefully we will send an email flyer around today or tomorrow.

Well, I’m off to shop and then settle in for a little Black Adder and Oliver Sacks. I wish every week was Christmas break. I’d get so much more reading done.

PS-I’ve noticed all my fellow bloggers are really slacking this week. Slacking is all right, so long as it doesn’t deprive me of thoughtful or humorous reading material. Geez guys.

Good for getting some reading done!

Maybe it’s because I’ve been waking up at 10am and accomplishing pretty much zero, but I haven’t had anything very fun to post about. I could post about zuma I guess, haha.

    Email flyer looked good too.
