Today I will:
- eat bacon
- listen to Gregorian Chant
- write psych reports
- cook a vegetarian meal for guests
- fantasize about express-mailing my dissertation materials to the fiery depths of the hottest, most squalid pit in hades
- water plants–mostly gerberas and a huge pot full of moss (scottish/irish variety)
- sleep in late. very late.
- journal
- read a book i’m not supposed to read instead a book i’m supposed to read.
- put something off
Today, my Mr. Rogers calendar says that the most important type of mastery we acheive early in life is the “mastery of the patience and persistence that learning requires, along with the ability to expect and accept mistakes and the feelings of diappointment they may bring.” He makes it sound easy.

I would have put “put something off” at number one… and maybe two, three and four also.

I’m also curious why you are sleeping in so late into the list.

Originally, it was things I did or was going to do. but then the grammar didn’t work out with one of them, so it was just things i’m going to do. hey, you don’t know. maybe i was gonna go back to bed at 3, sleep til 8. that’s late.
