While we’re home for 36 hours, why not blog.
With as much work as its been, it seems like I should’ve completed fifty interviews by now, but its only two. Phoenix and Dallas down, six to go. The turbulence on the way home was so nauseating we were both beginning to reason that sometimes plane crashes are a blessing. Also, my sinuses are still gushing at full force, which at least makes an interview interesting.
We had dinner in Dallas with friends who recently moved there, and then helped them demolish a wall in their new home. Hammer+drywall = stress relief. Spending time with midwesterners/Texans is like salve to my tired soul.
Paul lunched at the “Waffle House” directly across from our hotel and brought back pictures with the waitresses and a snazzy mug.
It was quite a productive trip.
We’re off the San Diego tomorrow for a Monday interview, I have a phone interview Wednesday, and we fly out for St. Louis on Thursday.
Feel free to pray for sanity and freedom from exhaustion.

Sounds quite adventures amidst all the stressfulness.

I hope you do great. It sounds like a lot of fun even if it is a lot of work.
And Nathan, wouldn’t it be adventuresome?

How did you get so smart?

A google search for “quite adventurous” returns 36,000 results.
A google search for “quite adventuresome” returns 940 results.
As far as I know they work interchangably, but it would appear my usage is more popular than your suggested usage. ;p
