		<description>That sounds like Junior Highers attempting to use a crosswalk. They don&#039;t even need flashing lights to feel invincible. Some kids run across the street completely oblivious to any death causing motor vehicles. Other kids are afraid of the cars, so they put their head down and just walk. They don&#039;t have the guts to look up and see what could be plowing them down.</description>
