Dad: We made ashtrays in art in high school. We made them out of clay and we put marbles in them. Then, when we fired them, they had nice marble bottoms.

I think Paul should publish a book of witty one-liners that you may or may not ever be able to use in a normal conversation.

Actually, the ashtray was made in the 2nd or 3rd grade, but my art production never did progress much beyond the golden age of ashtray making. Alas, I do not believe that any of these antique art objects have survived the passing of nearly 50 years!
